In order to strengthen campus Internet management and the concept of IPR protection in schools, TIPO and the American Institute in Taiwan will be jointly organizing a "2008 International Symposium on Campus Internet Management" with assistance from the Ministry of Education. Participants of this symposium will include representatives from respective law enforcement units and schools.

The symposium shall include four themes: 1. Establishing Policies and Measures for Campus Internet Management Mechanism; 2. Legal Issues of Campus Internet Infringements; 3. Analysis of Campus Internet Infringement Cases; 4. Establishing Comprehensive Internet Management Mechanism and IPR Protection Environment.
