1. TIPO will soon accept electronic applications for ten types of patent application, including invention, design, and utility model patents and seven types of related applications, plus twenty types of trademark application, including trademark, collective trademark, certification mark and collective mark, and four related applications. The application forms and formats will be posted on TIPO website (http://www.tipo.gov.tw/eservice/eservice.asp).

2. TIPO will start accepting electronic applications for the aforementioned types of patent and trademark in three months after the announcement.
