TIPO will hold a series of Information Sessions on Patent-Related Laws and Information Sessions on Trademark-Related Laws on May 14, May 16, and May 23, 2025, in Taipei, Kaohsiung, and Taichung, respectively. Each city will host one session for patents and one for trademarks.

The patent information session will cover the latest updates to the examination guidelines for invention and utility model patents, highlighting key amendments. Meanwhile, the trademark information session will provide a detailed explanation of critical articles from the Trademark Act, addressing common practical issues encountered recently. Additionally, the session will introduce TIPO's new trademark search system, offering tips to help industry professionals improve search accuracy and application efficiency.
