The report highlights that over the past 20 years, there has been a significant increase in global patent applications related to wastewater treatment and water recycling technologies, reflecting the strong focus of businesses on sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues. Through advancements in wastewater recovery and water recycling technologies, the global semiconductor industry has made notable progress toward sustainable water resource management.
