TIPO Sets Up Net Zero Emissions Certification Mark Info Section

The 2021 UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) has declared a state of climate emergency. Participating nations have adopted the Glasgow Climate Pact, marking a milestone in their carbon reduction efforts. According to the Net Zero Tracker, more than 130 countries around the world have pledged or planned to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, and Taiwan is no exception.

Taiwan has certification marks that serve to endorse products that are environmentally friendly or promote energy conservation and carbon reduction. Certification marks inform the public about the details of products and serve as a reliable decision-making aid for consumers. Industries can also seek permission to use corresponding marks for utilized raw materials, production processes, or energy consumption methods.

TIPO sets up a Net Zero Emission Certification Mark Info Section that hyperlinks the names of the marks and registration numbers to the official websites of said marks and their application information, respectively. Please feel free to log on and browse through our latest services.
