2022 Patent & Trademark Training Lessons for IP Professionals
This year marks the 18th year TIPO commissioned the Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA) to hold IP courses that have provided training lessons for over 14,000 IP professionals cumulatively. As the training lessons are informative and suits participants’ practical needs, the 2020 Training Courses for IP Professionals survey results showed that more than 90% of the participants are keen to participate in future TIPA training courses.
TIPA has been holding IP Capacity Courses (basics) and patent/trademark-related courses, including 12 courses: IP Basics, Patent Laws, Drafting of Patent Specifications and Patent Claims, Patent Search, Patent Analysis, Patent Examination Guidelines & Practices, Patent Formality Check and Management, Trademark Laws, Trademark Search and Analysis, Trademark Application Practices, Trademark: Domestic Laws and International Treaties, and Trademark Dispute.
The pandemic has increased the demand for distance learning. Therefore, TIPA is also planning many synchronous and asynchronous online courses in addition to physical courses. For the convenience of students based in southern and central Taiwan who are also interested in participating in the courses, additional courses are planned to be held in closer proximity to the students starting in May.
