The 2023 Taiwan Innotech Expo (TIE) is slated for October 12-14 and will be held at the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) in Exhibition Hall 1. Eleven major government departments will showcase over 1,600 cutting edge technologies in Taiwan. TIE is a platform that features landmark innovations and creations from Taiwan, and the high-profile event attracts over 50,000 attendees every year.

This year's TIE will feature 3 theme pavilions and 1 section. The Invention Competition Section will be divided into several categories: “Domestic Inventions,” “Foreign Inventions,” and “Campus Inventions,” to welcome all inventors from far and wide working in the industry or academia to showcase their outstanding innovations. Almost 600 submissions are showcased each year, and TIPO will select entries with the greatest innovation and market potential and provide them with matchmaking opportunities.

Registration for this year’s Invention Competition is open from now until July 21. All who are interested may apply. Businesses may also register for booths within the expo area featuring patent products and supporting services.
