Due to globalization and internationalization, we are seeing finer division of labor and closer integration between the upstream and downstream sectors across industries. The frequency of technological and personnel transfer and communication among enterprises has increased, and employees are changing jobs more frequently. This has led to a higher occurrence of trade secrets infringement. The frequency, complexity, scope of infringement, and impact are all on the rise. Enterprises are now prioritizing trade secrets protection to safeguard their survival and continued operation.

In order to provide more training to IPR professionals in trade secrets protection and management, Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA) is offering two sessions of the Trade Secrets Protection and Management Course in September (Sept. 9 and 16) and October (Oct. 14 and 21). Each session will run for twelve hours and features experts at the top of their fields to discuss relevant issues and case studies. Expert instructors will also share their experience and touch on relevant industry practices, providing pragmatic and professional knowledge that will be useful in the future as well.
