To support the government’s cloud policies and provide better services, TIPO launched a download section on the “IP Info Cloud Services” in August 2022 for the public to access open patent and trademark data. Starting from December 18, 2023, TIPO has changed the link for the “Patent & Trademark Open Data Downloads” website (new website: https:// cloud.tipo.gov.tw/S220/opdata) to strengthen information security and protection.

The original website (https://opdata.tipo.gov.tw/) will no longer be accessible starting from March 1, 2024. Users are welcome to visit the new website for open data downloads.
