To improve patent quality and refine the examination of AI-related inventions, TIPO has compiled a collection titled AI-Related Invention Cases in Taiwan. On June 20, 2025, TIPO hosted the TIPA 2025 Workshop on AI-Related Invention Cases, inviting experts from industry, academia, and research institutions to discuss selected case studies. Based on feedback gathered at the event, the case compilation was revised to better serve as a reference for patent applicants.

To further promote awareness and understanding of the compilation, TIPO will hold a promotional session on September 18, 2025 (Thursday), at 2:00 p.m. in the 18th floor auditorium. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Please register by September 15, 2025.
