1. Consulting Services: General consulting, patent assistance, trademark search, and filling out application forms for patent/trademark filings.

2. Public Reading Room: Several domestic and foreign patent, non-patent and trademark database search systems are available for free to the public to search and download patent and IP information.

3. Local Services:

(1) Process patent and trademark applications and fees

(2) Reissue receipts for patents and trademark fees

(3) Apply for additional photocopies of trademark registers

(4) Apply for additional photocopies of trademark registration applications

(5) Apply for additional photocopies of documents in trademark registration applications

(6) Issue patent priority documents

(7) Reissue patent certificates

4. Photocopy & Fax Services: In accordance with the “The Fee Standard for the Provision of Government Information by the MOEA and Its Subordinate Agencies” (Mandarin).

5. Promoting Agency Functions: Schedule appointments with SMEs; introduce search methods for IPR, patent, and trademark information; or offer courses on patents, trademarks, and copyrights at field offices.
