To help enterprises establish sound concepts for trademark application and registration, enhance their capabilities of trademark use and brand protection, and promote trademark basics across Taiwan’s industries, TIPO launched its first-ever coordinated trademark counseling program in 2025. In collaboration with key industrial hubs, including the Digital Innovation Center of the Central Taiwan Science Park, the Innovation Incubation Center of the Livestock Research Institute, the Taipei Co-Space, the Nankang Software Incubation Center, and the MEGABAY Startup Hub, TIPO organized five sessions to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in strengthening their brand protection and market portfolios through comprehensive trademark application and use strategies.

The counseling focused on practical industry case studies, guiding enterprises through trademark search strategies, application procedures, and brand portfolio planning. Participants also received hands-on guidance on using TIPO’s online trademark system, further enhancing their capabilities of trademark application and registration as well as portfolio management. The events attracted over 161 participants, achieving a 100% overall satisfaction rate.

Furthermore, TIPO provides a wealth of intellectual property resources, covering patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, on the Industrial Patent Knowledge Platform (iPKM). All stakeholders are encouraged to make full use of these resources.
