To help the public and private sectors stay updated on judicial practices regarding trade secrets in Taiwan, TIPO has compiled the 2024 Compilation of Selected Court Rulings on Trade Secret Cases (Mandarin). The compilation features 27 rulings selected from a total of 56 civil and criminal trade secret cases adjudicated by courts at all levels in 2024. The selected rulings are organized by themes such as the three essential elements of trade secrets, trade secret infringement, and other related judicial decisions. Key points of each ruling are summarized to provide practical insights.

The compilation was published on July 24, 2025, and is now available on the Trade Secrets section of TIPO’s official website. All interested parties are welcome to consult and make use of this resource.
