TIPO released the “Analysis of Industrial Trends of Trademark Applications (2020–2024),” based on a comparative analysis of Taiwan’s 2024 trademark application data and the World Intellectual Property Indicators 2025 report (WIPI 2025) published by WIPO on November 12, 2025. Drawing on trademark application and registration data from the past five years, this report incorporates data cleansing, data conversion, classification integration, and data mining techniques to identify trends and potential developments across Taiwan’s industries. Additionally, the report compares Taiwan’s filing trends with global trademark application trends to provide useful reference indicators for industrial planning, brand development, and market trend analysis. All interested parties are encouraged to make full use of this resource.
