1. By MRT
Take the MRT Wenhu Line to Technology Building Station. From the Station, follow Fuhsing S. Rd. Sec. 2 south and turn right on Hsinhai Rd. TIPO is a block and a half down on the right. (Approx. 10 min. walking) 

2. By Bus

Take 3, 15, 18, 52, 72, 74, 207, 211, 235, 278, 284, 662 and the Heping or Dunhua Main Line to Fuhsing S. Rd. Entrance Stop

Take 237, 295 to Daan District Healthy Center Stop

3. By Car
a. Take National Highway No. 1 (Chongshan Expressway) to the Chienkuo N. Rd. Exit. Take the Chienkuo Overpass, exit Hsinhai Rd. Follow Hsinhai Rd. make a U-Turn at Keelung Rd., and past Fuhsing S. Rd.
b. Take National Highway No. 3 (Second Freeway) to the Sindian Ankeng Interchange going toward Taipei/Jingmai. Take the Hunaghe Expressway toward Keelung Rd. and exit at Hsinhai Rd. Go straight and turn left onto Hsinhai Rd., stay in the right lane until you pass Fuhsing Rd.
c. Take National Highway No. 3 to the Xindian Interchange and connect to National Highway No. 3A; exit Hsinhai Rd. Go through the underpass, stay in the right lane until you pass Fuhsing S. Rd.

Parking
Aside from parking on the side of the road, there are several parking lots close by, including the 24-hour Longmen Junior High School underground parking lot (Entrance on Chienkuo S. Rd.), the Taipei DaAn Sports Center underground parking lot and the National Taiwan University parking lot. (Entrance on Hsinhai/Xinhai Rd. Sec. 2)
