To support the implementation of the TIPO–INPI (France) Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Pilot Program starting July 1, 2025, TIPO has released the official TIPO–INPI PPH Pilot Program Guidelines and provided a reference webpage for submitting PPH requests to the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

Updates to the PPH Request Form for Invention Patents have also been made to better suit user needs.
